Design-Build

ICR and ICC are a strong team that can provide design-build services to clients. This construction approach is based on a seamless transition between the design by ICR and the implementation by ICC, with ICR involved on site during the process. Working closely with our client, this approach can save both time and money, while improving quality. As a design-build group we collaborate to ensure that ICR’s recommendations meet high standards for conservation, while being cost effective and efficient in constructability. Once implementation commences by ICC, ICR provides quality control and assistance to ensure a superior result.
